How to redeem Pokémon TCG Pocket gift codes
Three fields matter: the official gift site, your Support ID, and a code that is still inside its window.

Why a code fails
The failures I will name are the ones both guides repeat: the window has ended, the campaign was limited to a region or a shop, the Support ID belongs to a different account, or that code was already used on the account. I do not claim every code lasts forever.
There is no active public code on the codes page as of 2 Nov 2026, so this guide is the path for the next campaign, not a promise that a string on social media is real. Deck share codes are imported in the deck editor and will not work on the gift form.

Where is the Support ID?
On the game start screen, and the phone menu can copy it. I am describing the public guide, not a private account.
Where does the item appear?
In the Gift Inbox inside the game after the gift site accepts the code.
