Dates and the one-day argument

The catalog table uses the database’s date-only fields consistently. Game8 often publishes the previous US Pacific date: for example Dual Fusion is 28 Oct 18:00 PDT, equal to 29 Oct 01:00 UTC. A date-only source is not evidence for a specific launch hour.

Deluxe Pack Mega (B4b) has 429 entries in both the database and Serebii; Serebii groups these as 402 Normal and 27 Secret. C1 currently has 217 entries in both sources. Earlier research snapshots with 402 or 216 did not describe the complete current collector list.
