What to include
Send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a link to a public source. I can act on a Serebii card page, a Pokémon.com news post, a Game8 article, or a store listing. A screenshot of a private match is useful context, and I still want a public URL before I change a number.
Privacy requests (access or deletion of the consent record stored in your browser) also come to the same address. The record lives in your browser under the key ptcgp_consent, so deleting site data on your device removes it immediately.
What this mailbox is not
It is not Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or DeNA support. Account recovery, purchase refunds, and ban appeals belong to the official app support channels. I also do not buy or sell accounts.
