Editorial policy

Every page answers one search question with public sources. I write in the first person so you can see which judgment is mine.

What counts as checked

I compare at least two independent public sources before a number is stated as fact: an official page, Serebii or Game8, a store listing, Untapped’s Limitless sample, or a second newsroom. A claim that appears in only one of those stays in the status column as “1 source”.

If two sources give different rewards or dates, both stay on the page. I do not average win rates. The editor tier list and the tournament sample are different columns on purpose.

Empty cells stay empty. I do not invent a search volume, a file size, or a pull rate when the public page does not print one.

Voice

The note at the bottom of each page says what I decided and ends with one Limitation sentence. Sources and the checked date sit under Sources. I do not publish a code, a deck list, or a release time that I cannot tie to a link.

FAQ

How often do tiers move?

I re-read the editor list and the tournament sample on a weekly pass, and I snapshot the month under /tier-list/2026-11/.

Will you add a card page for every printing?

Only when the page can carry its own pack, number, attack, and a distinct explanation. Other cards stay on the card table.
