Not the same as the live event missions
Handy Card Collection Missions are a current event through 27 Jan 2027. Secret missions are the hidden collection goals. I keep them on different pages. A mission usually completes when the named cards are in the collection. Rewards are hourglasses, tickets, emblems, covers, or Mew.
The table lists the launch-set missions with publicly readable requirements. From B3 onward, Game8 reports that new Pokédex missions no longer award emblem tickets; existing older missions remain available (1 source). The full source catalog also covers later museums and themed collections.

Do new sets still have dex missions?
Game8 says dex missions and emblem tickets stopped for sets from B3 onward. Older dex missions are still listed.
Where is the Mew mission?
The Kanto Pokédex completion mission. That is the reward line I will state. The full card checklist stays on Game8.
